Contracting
Mora's highly experienced team offers a turn-key solution, overseeing commercial and residential projects from start to finish. We dedicate teams of in-house designers, and expert contracting partners that work closely with our clients to contract your chosen project.
Our Contracting package typically comprises of 7 key steps:
1. Consultation
A free of charge initial consultation to discuss your design and construction service requirements.
2. Survey & Sketch Designs
Upon agreement of scope and services, we will complete the relevant surveys and begin preparing design sketches until a scheme is agreed.
3. Planning Permission and Consent
The agreed scheme will have been designed in conjunction with your project's planning requirements. At this stage, our design and planning specialists will submit the planning application to the Local Authority.
4. Building Regulations Approval
Upon planning approval, a building control application will be formed, encompassing the technical design specifications of the scheme. This will be submitted to the Local Authority for approval under the Building Regulations.
5. Detailed Working Drawing
Once the Building Control application has been approved, working drawings will be produced to facilitate construction.
6. Tender Process
Our expert contracting partners will issue a quotation in accordance to the agreed and approved specification.
7. Contract Delivery
We are ready to start! Our project managers will ensure that the delivery of the project is undertaken to the desired quality, agreed price and programme of the scheme.
